30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Sticks and Consumable Products
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, opened packs of sticks cannot be returned once the original packaging or seal has been opened, except where the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.
Unopened packs may be eligible for return within the applicable return period.
Devices
Unused devices may be returned within 30 days provided that they are in their original condition and include the original packaging and supplied accessories.
If a device is faulty or develops a defect, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange a replacement or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
Return Shipping
For standard returns where the product is not defective, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us first so that we can provide appropriate return instructions. Remedies for defective goods will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued using the appropriate refund method. Original delivery costs and return shipping costs may be treated in accordance with the reason for the return and applicable consumer legislation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs or other relevant information where necessary.
We will review the issue and provide further instructions.
EU Consumer Rights
Customers purchasing online in the EU generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. Certain opened sealed goods can be exempt where they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Our 30-day return policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
